Residential Cleaning

Residential Services (Initial Detail Cleaning)
Bathrooms - clean all mirrors, base boards, toilets, mop floors, clean walls, sanitize, scrub and deodorize all bathtubs, toilets, sinks, remove and replace all items while cleaning vanities and polish all hardware. Carpet cleaning, floor stripping, tile cleaning available. Ask for details!

Windows
Clean all windows inside & out around all exits and entrances. We also spot clean all interior windows per the clients request.

Dust
Furniture, mini-blinds, windowsills, ceiling fans, picture frames, doors, shelves, baseboards, lamps, all woodwork, ledges and remove all cobwebs.

Kitchens
Clean all appliances exterior only. Clean microwaves inside & out, sweep and mop floors, scrub and sanitize all sinks, clean top of the refrigerator and range tops, clean tables and chairs.

All Rooms
Clean, vacuum, dust, empty trashcans, and sweep and mop all floors including tile and hardwood floors. We dust and vacuum all furniture (per the clients request). If bed linens are provided, we will change (per the clients request)

Basic Cleaning & Re-Occurring Maintenance
•  Includes: dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, emptying trash cans in all rooms.
•  Sanitization of the bathrooms (cleaning sink, toilet, bathtubs & windows.)
•  Kitchen cleaning includes wiping all countertops, tables, and cleaning all exterior of appliances.
